A bid or no-bid brief on any Saudi health tender, in 24 hours.
Only a Saudi company accredited with NUPCO can buy the booklet and bid. You and your agent decide whether to bid; you decide whether your papers are ready and the price you hold for three years. The brief gives you and your agent the same facts, each tied to its clause and page in the Arabic booklet.
Free. Then USD 350 a tender.
Send a tender number or link. If the booklet cannot be obtained from public pages or from your agent, you pay nothing.

Questions for your agent
An excerpt from our brief on NUPCO NPT0048/26, home care devices and services.
A brief is not a translation
Machine translation gives you the words of a booklet. It does not tell you that a framework excludes firms without a regional headquarters, that a line needs trial certificates from government hospitals, or that your agent is not accredited to buy the documents. That judgement is what you pay for.
For Saudi agents and distributors
You bid; your principal abroad signs off the lines, the papers and the price, in English. Our brief is the document that gets that sign-off fast: the verdict line by line, every gate with its clause, and the list of what the principal must send you before the deadline.
Send us a tender number and your principal's product lines. The first brief is free, then USD 350 per tender, or the desk plan at USD 990 a month for the watch on your principals' lines plus four full briefs.
Prices
The watch: you send us your SFDA-registered products; every working day we check new NUPCO and Etimad tenders against them and send only those worth a look, with a flag on whether a foreign maker can win through its agent. The desk adds four full briefs a month (USD 1,499 bought separately). No minimum term.
Regulatory and authorised-representative firms can resell briefs to their clients at a partner price of USD 250, or refer clients for 20 percent of what they pay.
How to order
- Email desk@tendergulf.com with the tender number or a link to it.
- We confirm and start at once. The brief arrives within 24 hours of your order, or you pay nothing.
- Banoo Inc. (Ontario corporation 1919202), the company behind TenderGulf, sends the invoice, payable within 14 days by card, PayPal or bank transfer. See the terms.
If your products are not yet registered with the SFDA, or you have no Saudi agent, a brief will mostly tell you what cannot be offered yet. We say so before you pay. NUPCO open frameworks reopen every six months for newly localised items, so a missed deadline is often not the end.
